About
In Summer 2020, during the hight of the Covid19 Pandemic, Sierra Lebovitz and Sofia Christensen had a vision to start a collective of artists and community builders who could work on projects with one another to make the world a better place. Thus Vita Nostra was born. Three years later, Sierra decided to push go on their previous work and move forward with their dream of a community collective.
Mission
Vita Nostra hopes to provide a space where artists and community builders can come together to create projects that truly adds creativity, light, and growth to their communities.
It seeks to give a platform and voice to those who haven't historically had one in the hopes of creating a more equitable future in both the arts and non profit sectors.
Vision
Our vision is to collect creatives and community developers into a singular community. We believe that when people are in community, they have the ability to create beautiful things and enable others to do so as well.
This collective will function as a collection of human experiences, perspectives, and projects. Eventually, we hope to gain enough support to sponsor community projects in partnership with up and coming artists seeking a platform for their expression.
